As a face yoga, movement, and meditation teacher, I offer a natural, integrative approach to well-being—bringing together facial care, nutrition, mindfulness, yoga, and somatic movement.

My work is rooted in over 18 years of experience in holistic health, including formal studies in Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Yin Yoga, and hundreds of hours of training across complementary fields like face taping, nutrition, and Parisian facialist techniques. My classes are therapeutic and tailored to individual needs, drawing on deep studies of bodywork, somatic movement, Buddhism, Daoism, and energy medicine. Each session blends physical practice with spiritual, philosophical, and anatomical wisdom—often centered on contemplative awareness and inner connection.

I discovered Yoga as a young student, along with the enormous benefits of how moving the body with breathe and awareness helps to maintain good balance and health for everyday life.

I continued to practice daily, and trained as a yoga teacher, whilst working in the financial world for fifteen years, and throughout my pregnancies. I now have a full-time Face yoga and yoga practice, based in Paris, where I live with my family.

  • A woman who is beautiful and radiant is a woman who loves herself. To really love oneself and be in harmony, she has to understand herself and her body, and listen to her emotions.
True self-love is a path. It takes time and patience. Age is never in the way of beauty. It’s not a question of getting old, but of aging beautifully. 

  • Vinyasa Yoga is a fluid sequencing to energise, strengthen and maintain flexibility and posture. 

Yin Yoga a beautiful practice that challenges us to develop an often forgotten part of our nature to bring in balance to body and mind. 

  • My private Facial Yoga consultations can be carried out in person, in the Paris Latin Quarter (link appointment), and online.

    These sessions will allow you to benefit from a personal diagnosis and find a practice adapted to your personal beauty needs.
