In these Weekly Group online Classes Sundays we explore the three pillars of face yoga, facial exercises, massage and acupressure. Each session covers a specific theme for ex Facial Definition, Puffiness, Facial symmetry, reducing and preventing line formation and we also explore mindfulness, seasonal health advice, breatheworkwhile aligning with the energetics of the season. FACE YOGA PRIVATE CLASSES
Private Face Yoga Consultations in Paris 5ème, in Ile d'Oléron
and in Cork - Ireland.
My private Facial Yoga consultations can be carried out in person, in the Paris Latin Quarter (link appointment), and online. These sessions will allow you to benefit from a personal diagnosis and find a practice adapted to your personal beauty need in English or French.

The session starts by looking at your skin and determining what you would like to improve. The face is observed in the context of your overall health, exploring stress, digestive and hormonal issues, for example, which are all reflected on the face.
This information is used to design facial yoga, acupressure and self-massage routines that will address your needs, and you will be coached (video of session will be sent to download) so you can put a routine into practice in a daily routine for 4 – 6 weeks.
You will see an immediate difference following the session, renewed with a new ability to remove tensions, brighten and rejuvenate the skin whereever you are. Being an accumulative process, your daily face yoga practice will bring enhanced results over time.
We will arrange a follow up video/call a 3-4 weeks following the initial consultation.
Your subsequent session (20 mins) will review your practice and integrate on the gains of your established daily practice.

Vinyasa Yoga is a fluid sequencing to energise, strengthen and maintain flexibility and posture. Creating heat to help detoxify and release stress and fatigue, always with philosophy weaved throughout the class. Level 1 & 2
Yin Yoga, a beautiful practice that challenges us to develop an often forgotten part of our nature to bring in balance to body and mind.
The long passive holds during Yin yoga puts gentle pressure on the tissues and joints and brings more flexibility and lubrication. Yin Yoga encourages Qi and prana to drop into the deeper layers for rejuvenation & restoration.
For all levels, beginners & advanced students..
Classes can be dynamic, challenging, building skills or slower, deeper ; evening flows to encourage a sweet detente.

These approaches are a culmunation of my years in training and practice both personal and professional that I did in France, US and India : Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga du Visage, Yin Yoga, Pre & postnatal yoga, Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Mindulness, Buddist psychology, Trauma & the nervous system for our beauty, healing and wellness.
