Lift and open the face with deep Detente to melt away tension, somatic facial yoga Sunday Nov 30th, 11h CET

€17.00

A relaxed face begins with a relaxed mind. When we soften the features, we soften the thoughts—and in that space, lines ease, tension melts, and the complexion appears smoother and more vibrant. I love comparing beauty to nature: nothing in nature is perfect, There is no “perfect” apple unless its the polished supermarket version. Real beauty is about aliveness, evolving, grounded and authentic—unlike the artificial perfection the beauty industry often asks us to chase.

Face Yoga invites us to reconnect with ourselves through our face. Much like yoga for the body, it helps us release the pressure to be flawless and instead appreciate our body, heart, and expression. It’s an opportunity to welcome the moving with time, acceptance, quiet that inner critic, and lean into wisdom, self-knowledge, and presence.

This Sunday, we’ll focus  stretches and relaxation techniques for the areas of the face most prone to tension and emotional contraction. Because the facial muscles mirror our feelings, learning to relax them brings not only physical ease but also a sense of emotional calm.

Please have your favourite face oil, guasha and roller
